Processing Times
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and order volume.
Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Crafting Couple is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at craftingcouple205@gmail.com and include photos of the packaging and item.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
